AZB and Khaitan advise on $50m Indian agrochemical deal

AZB & Partners and Khaitan & Co have taken lead roles on the acquisition of 42.2 per cent of Mumbai-based agrochemical manufacturer Sabero Organics Gujarat Limited by Hyderabad-based Coromandel International Ltd (CIL), for Rs. 250 crore (approximately $ 50 million). The Mumbai office of AZB & Partners advised Coromandel with a team led by Partner Darshika Kothari. Khaitan & Co. advised Sabero with a team led by Partner Vaishali Sharma.
