Taylor Wessing Bags China IPO First

Taylor Wessing’s Paris office has picked up the main role on China Corn Oil’s listing on the NYSE Euronext’s Alternext market; the first Chinese company to ever float on the Alternext. The offering saw China Corn Oil, which produces and exports edible corn oil, make a private placement on the Paris market.
