US firm Fox Rothschild acquires another small boutique

Philadelphia-based law firm Fox Rothschild has boosted its LA office with the acquisition of local boutique the Chan Law Group. The firm’s growth strategy has seen it absorb some ten boutique firms since 2005. The move will see the firm gain three intellectual property lawyers: firm founder Thomas Chan joins the firm as a partner, Lisa Karczewski as of counsel, and Steven Hangami as an associate.
