Paul Weiss hires top corporate talent form Schulte Roth & Zabel

Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison has hired top talent Udi Grofman from hedge fund law firm Schulte, Roth & Zabel. Grofman’s practice focuses on investment management firms, and includes advising on structuring funds and regulatory and compliance issues. The latest hire follows a string of other lateral hires: this year the firm has expanded its corporate division with the hire of six lawyers from O’Melveney & Myers and two lawyers from Shearman & Sterling.
