Olswang outsources trainee program

Olswang is the very first firm to sign up to a pilot scheme run by Acculaw which takes care of recruitment of trainees. The scheme will train recruits for three months and then offer them to firms on secondment. It relieves firms of the burden of guessing how many trainees they will need ahead of time, and allows them to avoid the messy business of offering contracts to only some of the trainee cohort. The move follows the cancellation of Olswang’s 2013 graduate recruitment scheme and the deferral of its 2013 trainee intake.
