Chinese firm Jun He Law Offices continues expansion with Weil Gotshal hire

Chinese firm Jun He Law Offices has boosted its Beijing corporate practice with the hire of partner Jasson Han from Weil Gotshal & Manges. Han represents multinationals, Chinese state-owned enterprises and Chinese private companies on a variety of M&A transactions. The latest hire continues the Beijing-based firm’s expansion, following on from the hire of Vinson & Elkins partner Alex Yong Hao in New York, and two hires in Hong Kong, where Bird & Bird corporate associate Daniel Wan joins the firm as a partner alonsgside Jones Day international arbitration partner Luming Chen.
