Chinese firm Yingkehas teams with local firm to launch in Istanbul

Chinese law firm Yingke has launched a new office in İstanbul in cooperation with local law firm Çektir & Başarı. The law firm will be led by managing partner Berk Çektir, and will offer offer its services to Turkish clients operating in China in mergers and acquisitions, real estate, international arbitration and foreign investment. The combined firm made a statement, saying: “The practice in İstanbul has close relations with distinguished offices in other major cities in Turkey and it understands the needs of domestic and multinational companies, foreign investors and individuals who wish to do business in Turkey within the terms of Turkish law, international law and the European legal system.”
