A specialist in U.S. federal income tax matters, Mr. Grant is resident in the firm’s Chicago office. Mr. Grant was formerly a partner in the Chicago office of McGuire Woods, where his practice focused on the federal tax aspects of complex financial transactions including mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, partnership and corporate tax planning, private equity and hedge funds, and equipment leasing transactions.
