Indian firm Economic Laws Practice absorbs Prism Partners

April 18, 2012 Indian law firm Economic Laws Practice has absorbed Prism Partners & Advocates, taking the smaller firm’s principal partners P. R. Ramesh and Yogesh Chande into its capital markets practice as Senior Consultant and Consultant respectively.
Ramesh in a statement said, “We are delighted to integrate our Capital and Securities Market Practice with ELP, and look forward to growing the practice and to make ELP a formidable service provider in this space.”
