UK firm Michelmores awards bonuses after posting revenue growth

Exeter-based law firm Michelmores has awarded all staff a bonus after posting an increase in turnover for the 2011-12 financial year. The firm, which has 45 partners in Exeter and a small satellite office in London, took in revenues of over £19.2 million in the past financial year. In a statement, the firm said "2011 has been a strong year for the firm and sees a welcome return to growth...This is an exciting time at Michelmores and we look forward to further growth over the next 12 months". The firm has decided to pay all staff a bonus equivalent to 3% of their salary.
