Proskauer Rose bolsters London capital markets team with four hires

Proskauer Rose has bolstered its London capital markets practice with the hire of four specialist lawyers. The new additions are Kaye Scholer London partner Katherine Mulhern, Citigroup in-house lawyer and former Baker & McKenzie partner Peter Castellon, Cravath Swaine & Moore senior attorney Roberto Bruno and Latham & Watkins New York associate Max Kirchner. Kirchner joins the firm as senior counsel, while the other three hires join as partners. Proskauer global capital markets co-head Frank Lopez said: “Their addition will significantly enhance our ability to advise underwriters, sponsors and issuers on cross-border capital markets transactions. Having top-notch capabilities in London in high-yield bonds and equity capital markets, our core product groups, is integral to our long-term strategy.”
