Australian firm Ryan Lawyers launches in Singapore
Australian firm Ryan Lawyers has launched in SIngapore after the hire of practice director and senior legal counsel Tien Gui Koh. The firm specialises in real estate, hotels, tourism, and construction, and Koh has 18 years corporate and commercial experience in cross border transactions, hotel mixed use development, fractional ownership, and international arbitration, working as senior counsel and company secretary for international hotel corporations such as Jumeirah and Marriott. Robert Williams, who joined Ryan Lawyers from Baker & McKenzie in June, will support the new office, dividing his time between Sydney and Singapore. “These appointments and our Singapore presence demonstrate Ryan Lawyers’ commitment to our clients by providing a greater depth of capability in the Asia-Pacific region and servicing the real estate, hotels and tourism sectors,” said Tony Ryan, principal at Ryan Lawyers.
