Baker & McKenzie appoints Australian chairman
Baker & McKenzie has appointed Chris Saxon as national chairman of the firm’s Australian offices. Saxon takes over from Bruce Hambrett, who takes up a role in the firm’s primary management team, the Global Executive Committee. Saxon has expertise in projects work, with a focus on infrastructure and energy & resources. He will pilot the firm’s Australian operation with the support of national managing partner Chris Freeland.
