Simmons promotes 18 to partner; most since 2004

Simmons & Simmons has announced a bumper promotions round the day after releasing record financial results, with 18 new partners making the grade. Outside the UK, Simmons promoted three associates at its Lisbon and Paris offices, and one each in Dusseldorf, Rotterdam and Doha, Qatar.
