Simmons' Tokyo office plundered by Lovells

Lovells has inherited Simmons & Simmons' Tokyo office as Simmons scales back its international ambitions. Simmons had been reviewing its Japanese operation for six months and wanted to re-energise its joint venture with local firm TMI Associates.
