Skadden’s the Top, Says Survey of Directors and GCs

The best corporate law firm in American is Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom, according to a survey released today of 1,390 directors and 279 GCs of public companies by Corporate Board Member magazine and FTI Consulting. Skadden won for the sixth consecutive year. Rounding out the top five are Cravath Swaine & Moore; Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz; Sullivan & Cromwell; and Jones Day.
