Khaitan hires partner from K Law

India’s Khaitan & Co has hired Gautham Srinivas from Krishnamurthy & Co (K Law). Srinivas will be working in Khaitan’s New Delhi office as a partner in the firm’s capital markets practice. Prior to K Law, Srinivas worked with Link Legal and the legacy Amarchand Mangaldas. Srinivas specializes in capital markets, with experience advising investment banks, investors, and represented issuers on matters such as initial public offerings, rights offering, high yield debt offering, and private placements. His experience also includes matters related to real estate, manufacturing, infrastructure and service sectors.
