Gateley launches Belfast tax office

Gateley has opened a tax advisory office in Belfast, following its acquisition of tax advisory specialist Capitus earlier this year. The new office will operate as Gateley Capitus and will serve as Gateley’s first office in Northern Ireland. Directors Aubrey Calderwood and Kevin Meyer will lead the new tax advisory office, which will focus on tax specialist services for local businesses, accountants, solicitors, and inward investors in Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland. In the wake of Brexit, the Republic of Ireland has attracted interest from a number of firms, including Pinsent Masons and BLM.
