Ashurst replaces two board members

Ashurst has replaced two positions on its 10-member board as Mark Vickers and Cristina Calvo see their terms come to an end. The new members include finance partner Bernd Egbers of the Munich office and energy partner Jason Radford of the London office. Radford became a partner in 2009 and oversees the firm's energy, transport, and infrastructure practice in the Americas. Egbers has also been a partner since 2009, and is on the firm's Munich banking team.
