Junior lawyers name Brexit top career worry

According to the latest salary survey conducted by The Lawyer, junior lawyers are currently more concerned about Brexit than any other factor affecting their careers. The survey asked lawyers to respond to an open question regarding their top career concerns. Redundancy and layoffs were among the concerns associated with firms’ post-Brexit adjustments. Aside from Brexit, respondents mentioned concerns such as low pay, unfair pay, long hours, work-life balance and parental leave, along with general worries about career progression.
