Freshfields to move City HW to 100 Bishopsgate

As Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer seeks to reduce its London office size, the firm has signed a lease for a new space at 100 Bishopsgate. The move will reduce the firm’s current office space by around 25%. Freshfields has not confirmed its plans for the three-year interval between the new building’s completion date of 2018 and the end of its current Fleet Street lease in 2021. Cushman & Wakefield worked with the firm on the property search, and the new building is a development by Brookfield, a current client of Freshfields.
