Real estate finance partner leaves Dechert to launch consultancy

Eleni Skordaki, a real estate finance partner at Dechert, has announced she will be leaving the firm to launch ES Real Estate Finance, a consultancy firm. The new venture will specialize in real estate finance matters including advisory services and legal analysis. According to Skordaki, her new venture aims to meet the needs of real estate clients looking for a trusted advisor to work with them on the constantly changing world of real estate finance. Prior to joining Dechert, Skordaki served as head of real estate finance at Olswang for nine years.
