Merger set between DWF and C&H Jefferson

DWF has confirmed that it will merge with C&H Jefferson, a Belfast-based firm that specialises in commercial work. The merger will take place by the end of the year, at which point C&H Jefferson managing partner Ken Rutherford will join DWF’s partnership, which includes Gareth Jones, Scott McCarroll, Mark Tinman and Ian Stanfield. David Lennon of C&H will join DWF as a consultant. According to DWF CEO and managing partner Andrew Leaitherland, the merger is part of the firm’s growth strategy and will allow the firm to improve its client offerings and practice areas. The firm has been expanding internationally since opening a Dubai office in March 2015.
