Linklaters leadership compensation drops 4 per cent
Remuneration for the leadership team at Linklaters dropped by an average of 4 percent during the past year, according to the firm’s LLP records. Although the leadership team’s earnings grew by 3.7 per cent from 2014/15 to 2015/16, the leadership team included an additional member, decreasing the per-capita remuneration figure. The leadership team consists of a 12-member executive committee, as well as senior partner and partnership chair Charlie Jacobs. Leadership team members earned an average of £1.51m per capita in 2015/16, down from £1.58m in 2014/15.
