Stephen Kon resigns from KWM

Stephen Kon has announced his resignation from King & Wood Mallesons (KWM), just three months after announcing that he would step down from his position as EUME senior partner as of the end of the year. The firm had previously announced that Kon would remain with the firm and return to a fee-earning position. Before joining the senior management team at KWM, Kon was head of the EU and competition practice at SJ Berwin. Several KWM leaders have announced their departures from the firm recently, with management team members such as William Boss and Rob Day leaving KWM for new roles.
