Pinsent Masons increases stake in Cerico to 60 per cent

Pinsent Masons has upped its stake in Cerico, a technology service, to 60 per cent of the business. The firm’s stake now holds a value of £500,000. Cerico reported a loss of £134,000 in 2015/16, while turnover was £643,000. Pinsent’s LLP filings revealed a 5 per cent increase in operating profit, which rose from £113.2m to £119m. Turover rose from £363.6m to £382.8m, representing a 5 per cent increase.
