Norton Rose Fulbright and Chadbourne in merger talks

Norton Rose Fulbright (NRF) is currently in talks with US firm Chadbourne & Parke regarding a merger deal. If completed, the merger would create a firm with $2bn in global revenue. Chadbourne is based in New York, and operates offices in Los Angeles, Washington DC, Mexico City, Sao Paulo, Dubai, Istanbul, Moscow, and Johannesburg. NRF’s recent merger with Canadian firm Bull, Housser & Tupper went live late in 2016, bringing a Vancouver base to the firm. The firm now operates in Europe, North America, South Africa and Australia through a verein structure.
