Morgan Lewis introduces flexible work options in UK and US

Morgan Lewis & Bockius has launched a flexible work policy that will allow employees to work remotely up to two days per week. The program, which begins on 1 May, applies to associates in the firm’s UK and US locations. According to firm chair Jami McKeon, the program is expected to provide valuable benefits to employees while maintaining the firm’s level of client service. Firms such as Schillings and Baker & McKenzie have also recently introduced flexible work options.
