Triton merger prompts DWF London to launch agile work setup

DWF has transitioned to operating as an agile workforce, following its merger with Triton, which brought 215 new employees to DWF’s London office. The merger was completed in January 2017. Although some employees will be assigned fixed desks, the firm will use hot desks that agile workers can use as needed. According to Karl Warmbold, the firm’s director of facilities and property, this arrangement will help the firm save on costs and improve productivity.
