Bullivant Houser Bailey aligns with Chinese law firm Lehman Lee Xu

The two firms will provide People's Republic of China corporate clients with greater access to foreign capital markets and funding. Portland-based Bullivant Houser Bailey PC has six offices and more than 160 attorneys. Beijing-based Lehman Lee Xu has more than 300 attorneys and 22 offices.
