Enyo merger plans scrapped by Stewarts Law

Stewarts Law has ended merger talks with Enyo, a litigation boutique. The merger would have added £20m to Stewarts Law’s top line, bringing the firm closer to its target of £100m in revenue. John Cahill, managing partner of Stewarts Law, said the firm will continue its focus on organic growth. Enyo was founded in 2010 by three former members of Addleshaw Goddard, including litigation head Simon Twigden, along with Pietro Marino and Michael Green.
