Dechert hires finance partner Rob Bradshaw from Kirkland

Dechert has hired Rob Bradshaw, a London-based banking and finance partner from Kirkland & Ellis. The hire comes a few months after Chicago-based Dechert hired Kirkland debt finance partner John Markland, who joined to found and lead Dechert’s European debt finance group. Bradshaw will remain in London, where Dechert is expanding its finance practice. He focuses on financing transactions such as refinancing, restructurings, bridge financing, and leveraged and acquisition financing.
