US firm Pomerantz launches first international location in Paris

US litigation firm Pomerantz is preparing to launch a new office in Paris, which will be the boutique firm’s first location outside the US. The firm has hired Nicolas Tatin, who will lead the office and serve as director and business consultant in the region. Tatin comes from ERAFP, France’s pension and retirement fund, where he was a financial lawyer. He previously worked at BNP Paribas Investment Partners and Natixis Asset Management. Upon launching the Paris office, Tatin will advise EU-based clients on matters relating to securities litigations, as well as losses related to financial misconduct.
