Kennedys finalizes Carroll McNulty & Kull merger

Kennedys has completed its merger with US firm Carroll McNulty & Kull (CMK). The merger brings more than 1,000 lawyers across several worldwide locations to Kennedys, which will now operate 32 global offices. In the US, the combined firm will operate as Kennedys CMK in locations including New York, New Jersey, Illinois, Pennsylvania and Texas. Kennedys will also rebrand its Miami office as a Kennedys CMK location. Chris Carroll, one of CMK’s founders, will serve on the Global Strategy Board at Kennedys.
