PwC Legal hires from Ashurst and Taylor Vinters in Singapore

PwC Legal has hired two new partners in its Singapore office, which the firm has operated since December 2016 as PwC Legal International. The firm hired finance and restructuring partner Carl Dunton from Ashurst’s Singapore office. Prior to joining Ashurst nine years ago, he held positions and White & Case and Linklaters. Technology partner Henry Goodwin joins from the Singapore office of Taylor Vinters, where he previously served as head of the firm’s Singapore office. He specializes in venture capital, commercial sourcing transactions and M&A in the TMT sector.
