DWF acquires legal cost specialist NeoLaw

DWF has acquired legal costs specialist NeoLaw in a move that will bring 21 new personnel to the firm’s London and Birmingham locations. The deal comes just months after DWF acquired claims business Triton earlier this year. The NeoLaw team will join an existing costs department of 36, and will focus on legal costs matters such as bills of costs, budgets, and advocacy and costs management and assessment hearings. NeoLaw chief executive officer Simon Murray will be a partner at DWF, and will lead the firm’s costs department.
