HSF revenue up 10 per cent while PEP falls by 2.5 per cent
Herbert Smith Freehills (HSF) has reported a 10.6 increase in turnover for the 2016/17 year, with revenue reaching £920.5m . The firm posted a 1 per cent drop in profit, which fell from £258.5m to £256.1m. Profit per equity partner (PEP) was also down this year, decreasing by 2.5 per cent from £779,000 to £760,000. CEO Mark Rigotti attributed the firm’s revenue growth in part to currency fluctuations, but also mentioned that HSF has seen year-on-year revenue increases for the past five years.
