Quinn Emanuel takes over Jones Day as top litigation firm by revenue
Jones Day has lost its spot as the world’s top litigation and arbitration firm by revenue, having been overtaken by Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan. Quinn Emanuel posted total fee income of $1.204bn for the past year marking a 44 per cent rise over a five-year period.
Quinn Emanuel is based in Los Angeles, but the firm’s New York office is its largest office in the US, with London standing as the firm’s largest office outside the US.
Founder John Quinn said he doesn’t foresee the US litigation market softening in the near future, as the US remains the world’s most litigious society.
