HSF retains 80% of qualified trainees while Stephenson Harwood keeps on 90%
Herbert Smith Freehills (HSF) has posted its latest trainee retention rates, revealing that the firm has kept on 80% of qualified trainees. The figure represents a drop over last year, when the firm retained 94% per cent of autumn trainees. Meanwhile, Stephenson Harwood has retained 90% of this year’s qualifying trainees during its autumn round. All nine trainees will take on positions at the firm’s London office. This year’s retention rate is up from last year’s figure of 77%.
