Keoghs acquisition of Hill Dickinson insurance group expected to complete soon

Keoghs is expected to complete an acquisition of a 400-strong insurance group from Hill Dickinson soon. The team includes 16 partners, along with around 400 lawyers and business services personnel. Once completed, the merger will involve the transfer of team members from Hill Dickinson’s London, Manchester and Liverpool locations to Keoghs, which operates offices in London and Manchester. As part of the transfer, Keoghs will sublet office space in Liverpool from Hill Dickinson. Keoghs managing partner Peter Jackson said the acquisition will allow the firm to expand in the insurance market.
