Dentons hires Deloitte tax team in Russia

Dentons has hired on a tax team from Deloitte in Russia to boost its St. Petersburg office. The team is led by Vasilii Markov, who served as head of technology, media and telecoms at Deloitte. Markov will join Dentons as head of tax in the St. Petersburg office, and will be joined by Yulia Khasanova, Diana Agarkova, Elena Kramm, Kseniya Mogileva, Natalia Vagina, Anna Mukhacheva, Yana Butrimovich and Ksenia Aleeva. Dentons global tax co-head Sandra Hazan said the hire is part of the firm’s strategy to grow its tax practice.
