David Ramm joins Baker Botts’ corporate practice

Corporate and technology specialist David Ramm has joined Baker Botts in the firm’s London corporate practice, where he will work as a partner. He previously worked at Morgan Lewis and focuses on various aspects of financial services, including payments, life sciences, and FinTech. According to Andrew M. Baker, the firm’s managing partner, Ramm brings 20 years of experience in technology, private equity, commercial transactions, and M&A to the firm, as well as a background in engineering. Baker Botts has recently expanded its corporate practice, with the hire of 14 new partners since January 2017.
