CMS team of 10 exits for Fladgate

Fladgate has hired a 10-strong real estate team from CMS in London. The hire comes just a month after Alan Karsberg and Simon Kanter, both real estate partners, left CMS for Fladgate. Karsberg and Kanter both previously worked at legacy Olswang. According to CMS, the move was the result of client conflict issues. The team includes senior associates, associates, and one support staff member. Richard Reuben, chairman of Fladgate, said the team will boost the firm’s real estate capabilities and help to strengthen its offerings in the City.
