Magic circle trio take lead roles on latest UK bank bailout
Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, Slaughter and May and Linklaters have secured advisory roles as the UK Government unveils a second package of measures to bail out the banking system. Slaughter and May advises the Treasury on the Government's asset protection program, with London corporate partner Charles Randell leading the firm's team. Freshfields is acting for the Bank of England on the new asset purchasing scheme with a team lead by Michael Raffan.
