NY PI Lawyer Accused of Stealing $650K from Client’s Cheap Settlements

Manhattan prosecutors have charged a New York personal injury lawyer with stealing $650,000 in client settlement money. Lawyer Marc Bernstein was charged with grand larceny and has pleaded not guilty, the New York Daily News reports.
