Skadden loses third partner in a week

Skadden restructuring partner Jan Baker has been appointed head of Latham & Watkins’ restructuring group and will be based in the firm’s New York office. It is understood that Baker will be joined by a small team of lawyers from Skadden. Baker’s departure comes after Skadden M&A partners David Fox and Daniel Wolf joined Kirkland & Ellis last week (19 May).
