Linklaters, Freshfields lead on Lloyds' record rights issue

Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, Linklaters, Allen & Overy and Slaughter and May have secured lead roles on Lloyds Banking Group’s record-breaking £22.5bn capital raising. Linklaters corporate partners Matthew Bland and Jeremy Parr are acting for Lloyds on both transactions. The underwriters are advised by a Freshfields team led by partners Julian Makin and Don Guiney and an Allen & Overy team lead by Stephen Miller.
