Bingham McCutchen LLP has elected eight lawyers to its partnership, including six women. "These new partners exemplify the global talent and strength from our financial services, litigation and corporate practices, and I welcome them to the partnership," said Bingham Chairman Jay S. Zimmerman, noting that six of the new partners are women. The partnerships, effective Jan. 1, are in the Boston, Hong Kong, New York and San Francisco offices. The newly elected partners are: Mitchell Carroll (Energy and Project Finance Group, Boston), Jenny Cooper (Labor and Employment Group, Boston), Joanne De Silva (Banking and Leveraged Finance Group, New York), Rachelle Dubow (Corporate, M&A and Securities Group, Boston), Bree Hann (Antitrust and Trade Regulation Group, San Francisco), Naomi Moore (Financial Restructuring Group, Hong Kong), Kristen Palumbo (Antitrust and Trade Regulation Group, San Francisco), David Silvian (Estate Planning Group, Boston). Bingham has 1,100 lawyers in 12 offices in the United States, United Kingdom and Asia.
