A&O scoops Italian banking team from Freshfields

Allen & Overy partner Stefano Sennhauser has raided his former firm Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer for a team of six banking associates in a move that heralds a renewed focus on Italy by A&O. Sennhauser, who quit Freshfields in October 2007, has now arrived at A&O as a banking partner in the firm's Milan office. He has brought with him three Freshfields senior associates, Domenico Gentile, Pietro Scarfone and Federico Sgubbi, as well as three other banking associates.
