Winston & Strawn and Skadden lead deal for sale of Motorola's wireless business

Winston & Strawn and Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom have taken the leading roles on the sale of Motorola's wireless equipment business to Nokia Siemens Networks. The deal represents a major step in the process of Motorola’s corporate demise, after the company decided to break itself up. Winston & Strawn advised long-time client Motorola with a team led by Oscar David and Matthew Costigan, and Skadden advised Nokia Siemens with a team led by Michal Berkner.
